Do you take frame custom orders?
Yes, we take on a limited number of custom frame projects each month. We can offer custom color options, and sometimes custom size options. Reach out to us with your ideas!
How long until I get my frame?
Our frames are all made to order! We work with other makes to build your frames in the USA, then hand bead and paint each frame from our home studio. You can expect about a 2-3 week turnaround for your order to be shipped. Please reach out at any time for an update on your frame timeline!
Do you accept returns?
We do offer returns on our frames, mats, and prints. Custom orders and original art are not returnable to do their custom made nature. But we always want you to be happy with your purchase, so please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
To return an item offered in our return policy please email us to start the process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as a $10 restocking fee that is deducted from your refund.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
At this time we only offer wholesale on our Prints & Mats. We do not currently offer wholesale on our frames.
However, we do offer Trade Discounts to interior designers, as well as bulk order discounts on frames. Please reach out to inquire about these options.
