A custom hand painted watercolor of your home, or special location, by JoAnna Liston. Each piece is sketched and hand painted. Finished art is 8x10, with a 1/2” border around the edge. Please allow 2-3 weeks for artwork to be completed. Place your order by April 30th for Mother’s Day gifting
Add a frame to your order and we will ship your art inside the frame, ready to be displayed! Framed pieces will come inside one of our 11x14” frames with mat. Select “Framed” in options below, and please email your selections with your photo, you may select any frame style or color available in our shop.
Additional Fine Art prints can be created of your original to give copies to friends and family.
After purchasing, please provide a reference photo of your home. You may email a photo to the studio, or send a link to the property address listing on Zillow to use listing photos. Please be sure to mention any adjustments you would like made (example: it is a winter photo, but you would like the trees to be green, the door color is different than in the photo, etc.)
